All our spit roasts and BBQ's are charcoal fired, and offer the most spectacular attraction. We are able to offer a huge range of beautifully roasted meats. We always serve those unique dishes with a large range of salads or hot vegetables, and a crusty selection of fresh bread, pickles and sauces.

We are proud that We were the only UK based company invited to attend The 2002 Jack Daniels world BBQ championships in Tennessee , USA . Out of 56 worldwide teams, we were awarded....3rd place!
