
On the actual Wedding day, we will plan for a whole team of skilled staff, specifically trained and experienced with dream weddings. All our staff have been individually recruited.
Appearance and presentation of our staff is the utmost concern to us, we therefore operate a strict company dress code, to include a modern white Butlers jacket, black trousers, and black shoes.
Every wedding is different, so is every menu. Accordingly staffing levels will differ. However, anticipating a wedding of 100 guests, we will set up the following team:
The Event Manager
The Deputy Event Manager
The Head Chef
The Commis Chef
A full team of food and drinks service staff
