The appearance and presentation of our staff are of the utmost concern to us. We therefore have a strict company dress code. Our staff dress in a contemporary style, wearing a modern black apron, a black fitted T-shirt, black trousers and black shoes.
All our staff have been individually recruited. On the actual wedding day, we will provide a whole team of skilled staff, specifically trained to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Based on a wedding of 100 guests, we will set up a team of head chef and commis chef, food service supervisor, deputy food service supervisor and 10 waiting staff.
