Chrystelle made us feel like we were the only bride and groom she was looking after...
When I made initial contact with Chrystelle over email – she got back to me in lightening speed – just the type of customer service you’re looking for when putting your trust in someone to play such a big part of your wedding day. We were immediately drawn to Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd’s tasty menu and drinks package and were worried it all sounded too good to be true. Warren and I popped along to a tasting session … and we were blown away, not only with the standard of food but the whole team. Tony the main man, made us feel incredibly welcome and so did all the waiting staff. We loved the day so much we actually attended it twice!
The day before our wedding I met with Lorraine and her son Glen at Broyle Place at midday and they were well underway with setting up the marquee. They were more then obliging when I asked questions and they really couldn’t have done a better job with set up! Tony and Chrystelle were unbelievably accommodating when it came to the canapes and food – Rather than start world war 3, Tony even allowed us to have an extra canape as my husband and I couldn’t agree on the 5th option. They also, made allowances for ‘fussy’ eaters and the guests with special dietary requirements absolutely loved their meals.
Every single one of our guests complimented the food saying it was the best they had ever had at a wedding – and we couldn’t agree more! The portions were very generous – canapes were in abundance and the lamb shank was huge! The trio of desserts was a perfect way to finish off a splendid meal. The drinks package is such good value for money, the wine with dinner was lovely and we’re happy our guests got to enjoy it – as well as spirits – all day.
The whole day flowed seamlessly and this we need thank Karen and Mark. The food came out without waiting around for ages and the empty drinks were being topped up continuously. Come the evening we had requested a hog roast – I don’t know how the guests managed to fit any more food in – but they did! The buns were loaded to the brim, pork, stuffing, apple sauce – the full shabang!!
My husband and I really can not fault one part of the service that was provided for our wedding – the process from beginning to end was so easy. Chrystelle was constantly one step ahead and she made everything fall into place and run so smoothly on the day.
We would recommend Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd to any bride and groom who are considering having them cater their wedding – you really will not be disappointed!
