There is so much to think about and unless you pay a wedding planner, you need to make the lists yourself, research everything, take recommendations and quite frankly, fumble around in the dark for a while, panicking about how much there is to do! Obviously the internet is a great starting place – so many ideas and images which is great and can give you lots of valuable information that will help you on your planning journey. Pinterest is also a perfect way to look at ideas for dresses, hair, designs for your tables, wedding favours and flowers.
You want this to be the best day of your lives and you also want your guests to enjoy it and keep reminding you what a fantastic wedding it was…the food…the venue…the entertainment. Not forgetting the fact that you are actually making a big commitment to each other!

With regards to your wedding reception, Super Event offer complete wedding packages. Wherever you are in Kent, Surrey or Sussex, we can recommend venues that will really suit your needs, We are preferred caterers at many, but we have also worked at many other delightful venues and can advise you on places for you to visit which will make your decision easier. If you want to actually have your ceremony at the venue, which many of our couples do and we have a good knowledge as to where you could have the ceremony and who is registered to hold civil ceremonies.
Having been in the wedding industry for many years now, we have exceptional knowledge as to what works. We will advise you as much as you would like, but back off if you want to do it all yourself.
If you are having a marquee, which we are experts in, we will assess where you want it and use the benefit of our knowledge to allow for the correct size, relating to your number of guests. Whether you want live music, an entrance etc etc. We will set up, at an agreed date and time, bringing everything with us and then clear up and take everything down, leaving your land or the venue in a clean and tidy state, as it was when we initially arrived. Our expert team of staff are discreet, unobtrusive and experts in their field.
What we can also do is supply you with all the wedding catering, from canapes at the start of the reception, through to your choice of wedding breakfast and then on to evening food. Our chefs create a wonderful choice for your menu and we can invite you to come to one of our tasting days so you can sample the choices available.
You will have your own Event Manager, who you can liaise with, who is there to ensure everything goes accordingly, on time and to take all pressures away from you. Our experienced staff are polite, smart and will make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
We will happily supply a full range of drinks as well as a bar for the evening. But if you want to supply them yourself, then that is ok too.
And the extras, such as posh loos and generators will also be available is needed. We also work with some great companies who we thoroughly recommend. From live music, to a great DJ, to invitations, flowers, wedding cars…
Our pricing is clear and we will make sure there will be no hidden extras and costs that other companies throw in at the last minute.
Having a wedding package will take away many of the stresses – especially if you are having your wedding in a garden of your choice. And we are experts in this.
