We make it easy for you. You won't forget a thing as we will ensure everything is organised and booked so you can just enjoy your wonderful day
Let’s first of all build a roof over your head with some crisp white canvas. Flooring under your feet finished with a new beige carpet. Then we will drape it all with ivory linings to soften it all up. We will then add some clear windows to face the views, which can be opened right up on a sunny day
We will include the banqueting chairs (gold chairs come as standard with further options), circular or long dining tables, a wooden dance floor and chandeliers in the ceiling. All of our marquees come fully furnished
We will identify upon a site visit the source of the power, being generator or mains. We will ensure the marquee is connected with all the electric cables, distribution boards, sockets for your DJ, live band, your photo booth, a PA system and everything else you may need
We also have a whole list of ancillaries for you to choose from to enhance the overall feel of your marquee. Star light roof lining over the dance floor, feature bar, entrance porch, wooden French Doors, fairy lights – a whole list of fantastic touches are available to you.

We can always add more to your marquee. The following options are not included in your standard quote, as they are all down to personal preferences. Rest assured you will get the opportunity to see all of those “pretty adds-on” at our showcases, or indeed over the summer, should you venture out to a few marquee viewings. This is the fun part of planning a wedding!
We offer a whole range of entrance porches and wooden French doors to give a real focus to the entrance of your marquee. We can also enhance the dance floor area with our number one seller “The star light roof lining”, which will turn your dancing area into a real disco. Of course we also offer upgrades to our banqueting chairs; upgrades that will reflect the vintage theme that you may have in mind with our Chiavari chairs, or perhaps you will prefer the more modern approach.
Lighting opportunities are huge with our white LED fairy lights, our coloured floor uplighters, or pin spot lights to shine onto your table centerpieces. A whole world of toys are available to you…
These are two very important components of your event: Power and luxury toilets!
We are going to need some power to cook your wedding feast; your DJ is going to need some to play your music; your best man is also highly likely to ask for a power socket or two! And of course there could be a photo booth people as well as other contractors. We would of course identify any power source available at your venue upon a site visit, and would then advise you of the best outcome to source electricity. This could be arranged via a suitable power point to be installed by your local electrician, or indeed one of our Super Silent 20 KVA generators. These can be supplied all inclusive of fuel and connections for £450.00 + VAT.
You are also likely to require a set of mobile loos. Long gone are the days of the blue portaloo cabins (don’t even think about it….) Super Event will supply a luxury set of 3 ladies cubicles, one gents, 3 urinals, all with hand washing facilities and both self-contained. They come fully set up and will be ready to function as soon as connected to the power. Luxury even happens within the loos at Super Event!
This is a big responsibility that we would never leave you alone to carry. Again we are here to help and advise you on the best possible site to host our luxury marquee at your property. You may be thinking that the tennis court is an option, but how about that paddock at the back of the house, or have you even thought of the riding school down the road? Do you think the field next door would be best but require permission from your neighbours? Have you literally explored every option or is the obvious only in the eye of the professionals? Once the perfect site has been identified, the key is to plan for the grounds to be level enough (it is our job to advise you on this), the grass to be cut and prepared the day before the marquee arrives, removing any shrubs or small trees that could be in the way and plan for access for our vehicles (No, marquees do not come flat packed!) A plan for car parking for your guests on the day, assess electricity supply and a plan for running water.
You are not sure if you need to have some or all of the above in place? That is why you need to book a non-obligatory site visit with us. As long as we know in advance if there are any challenges facing us, then we can work our magic.
Our marquees come in all sizes and shapes and are simply custom built towards your event. The frames that we use are all “clear span”, offering you the luxury and benefit of a total open plan. We will build the structure based on your number of guests (and potential extra evening guests) and of course the layout of your venue. We will take into consideration the car parking for your guests, the location of the arrival drinks, the best orientation towards beautiful views etc. This would all be planned with you.
Sticking to our “All inclusive guidelines”, based on your number of guests in one of our standard structures, this will include all the drapes, the carpeted floor on a matting base, the clear windows to face the views, the dining furniture, the catering tent for us to work from, some gold chandeliers and of course your wooden dance floor, as guidelines you should anticipate the following costs to apply (Generators, luxury loos will be identified upon a site visit and are in addition to the above, if required)

All our marquees are built according to our couples wishes. The final price will depend on exact specifications, however as a guideline a complete luxury marquee for 100 guests would be priced around £3,350.00 + Vat. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
