Super Event are unique in that we offer everything you need for a successful wedding or event; marquee hire, catering, drinks, staff, management and even have access to venues not available to other companies. We really can do everything in house and if you check out the reviews we have received you will see that we are also very good at what we do.
The perfect white marquee fully draped and fully furnished. This will not just be a roof over your head, it will be the most wondrous setting, to share the best day of your life with your partner, friends and family.
You will never believe the catering that comes out of our kitchen. All cooked on site, using the freshest ingredients with a huge variety of menus. The wedding food you will taste from Super Event is about to take a new dimension.
You will have just one point of contact to discuss your wedding with. From marquee details, your wedding menu, staff on the day, your drinks options; from the build of the marquee beforehand to the clearance of the site afterwards. Super Event has a unique in-house set up, designed specially to take all the pressure away from you.
You will be charmed by our manners, our ways and our attention to detail. Every single member of staff has been recruited for their skills and care. As for the smiles, they all come naturally at Super Event. Let us do the work that we are so good at and let us start enjoying the planning of your wedding day.
On the lead up to your wedding, you can be reassured that everything will be in place and everything is organised. All you need to do then is enjoy the most important day of your lives together...
Our dedicated marquee team will deliver and build your marquee at least 2 days before the wedding. The build should take about 6 hours. Don’t forget to prepare the grounds well, by cutting the grass as short as you can and ensuring it is as smooth as possible.
Now the marquee has been put up, our catering team will deliver cookers, fridges, ovens and all the necessary catering equipment, so that the catering tent/kitchen is operational. It is now time to put your drinks in that fridge and start the chilling process!
Our dedicated lay-up team will come in to put all the tables into position, linen on the tables, cutlery, crockery and glassware in place, so that the you can spend the afternoon focussing on the finishing touches. Place cards, decorations, flowers, favours, all the personal touches that will make your day unique to you. All will be in place 24 hours before the wedding.
Our Head Chef and kitchen team will arrive about 5 hours prior to your guests. Here, some culinary miracles will happen on site; if you could see our kitchens in action, you really would not believe it.
Our Event Manager and team of waiting staff will be preparing to welcome your guests. Staff briefing, Champagne on ice, Pimms fruit being chopped and canapés being assembled. We are now ready for the Bride and Groom to make their entrance.
At this stage there is nothing left for you to do but to enjoy every minute of your special day, and let our staff work their magic. Starters served and cleared, main course, dessert, wines and toast served, coffee with the speeches. Sit back, enjoy and let us do what we are best at.
