When our couples first chat with us, they can be in the dark about exactly what they want or need. There are so many options to think about and to be honest, it can be a bit of a minefield.

Offering the complete package will take a lot of the stress away for the bridal pair, as we can help with a marquee, food, drinks as well as a venue, staff, toilets, furniture and power – and these are all so important, especially if a marquee is going to be the choice for your wedding.

Once you have booked the date with the church (or civil ceremony venue) as well as with us, you then need to think about what else you want for the day. Many of our venues are authorised to hold the actual ceremony in house, so please always ask about this if you have a venue in mind.

Stephanie Kalber is an amazing photographer. Her wedding photography is very natural and really captures the moment, giving you long lasting photographs to treasure and revisit time and time again.


When looking at decking out the marquee for your wedding, then Bows Hire can help you with venue styling and we have worked with them for many years now. Yes you could do this yourself, but with everything else you need to think about, then why not make it easy on yourself!

And then there are the flowers – your bouquet, church flowers, marquee flowers…let The Sevenoaks florist help by showing you the sort of displays they can create for your special day.

There are many cake makers out there, but for your wedding day you really need a professional. Sylvias Kitchen will help you to come up with something really original or totally classic – the choice is yours, but what you will always get is amazing cake…


Apart from the wedding food and the marquee, which will obviously will be first class if you work with Super Event! The next on the list that will make your day completely memorable and keep your guests talking for ages afterwards will be the entertainment.

Photo booths are always great fun. Alongside the official photographs, having a photo booth can make the start of your reception really good fun, but will also supply you with more memories of the day!

Simon P is an excellent DJ and has been working with us for many years now, creating unforgettable parties and events.

Sway Allstars are a top London band who have worked all over the world. We would highly recommend them to you if you want everyone up dancing all night long. They can give you as many band members as you want, depending on the size of your venue.

Obviously these are only a few suggestions and we have worked with many companies over the years. But we are hoping this will just help a little, to give you a bit of a checklist to get started on. There’s lots to organise!
