The day was everything we could have hoped for and we have Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd to thank!
Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd were recommended to us by our venue owner at Squerryes Court. Chrystelle could not have been more helpful from start to finish, and very quick to respond to the many e-mails I sent her. Our initial meeting with Tony was very informative; he offered us a great deal of advice and was happy to accommodate the needs for our day.
We had so much fun at the tasting and it was a great experience. Being able to see the marquee set up, lights, chairs and table settings, all really helped us to imagine what it will look like for us on the day.
The food choices are incredible and the chef is clearly very talented, it became very hard for us to choose!
Canapes: Mini Yorkshires / Baby Cumberland Sausages / Mini Fish & Chip Cones / Thai spiced tiger prawns / Rockefort and shallot tartlet
Starter: Aromatic Duck Salad
Main: Featherblade of Beef served with Dauphinoise Potatoes
Dessert: An amended Trio of Chocolate truffle / Sevilla and Grand Manier Cheesecake / Strawberry Shortcake
Evening Food: BBQ of sausages, beef burgers, chicken and vegetarian options served with rolls and relishes
We arrived the day before the wedding to set up our decorations and we were completely blown away by how amazing everything looked. The events manager assigned to us was so helpful and went over all the details which really set our minds at ease.
The day itself was incredible and we couldn’t have wished for a better wedding. It was everything we wanted and more and we can’t thank Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd enough for all their hard work and help throughout this process. We would highly recommend Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd for any marquee wedding.
Food is such a big deal at a wedding and something that you worry about just because you want everything to be so perfect! But the comments we had from our guests couldn’t have been more positive. No one could fault the food at all and guests were amazed at the quality and also the quantity!
The port-a-loos were another of our worries but we can’t stress enough how clean they are and the upkeep continued all throughout the day!
