Let us guide you through the day…

There is so much involved in creating the perfect wedding day, but you already know that. That is exactly why you are on our website right now. Our job as wedding caterers is to make sure that we include every item required on the day within our costs. So let’s explore and reassure you that everything is already planned for you…

Before the big day

We anticipate that we will set up the venue/dining tables the day prior to the event. (Subject to access being granted).  Linen will be carefully placed on tables, cutlery and crockery laid, side plates, folded napkins and a selection of glasses. The bar will be set up, fridges in place and working, ovens connected etc.

Everything will be ready, allowing you to add all those special touches that make your wedding unique to you… place cards, table decorations, flowers, favours, ribbons, sweets table etc. As we say at Super Event Catering & Marquee Hire Ltd:  “All done, ready to go”.

On the day

Our Event Manager and experienced team of staff will return on the day of the wedding. By the time your guests arrive at your venue, we are ready to start the reception drinks.

If you have chosen to have canapes, then these will be served along with drinks, enabling guests to mingle, take photographs and reacquaint themselves with other family members and friends. It also gives the bride and groom time to chat with everyone, before being seated as well as having photographs taken.

We will serve your wedding breakfast to include any dish you may like from our wedding menus and ensure the wine is flowing. Our wedding catering really is 5 star rated and we would love to think that your guests will say it is the best wedding food they have ever tasted.

During coffee and the speeches, our staff will gracefully step back, having cleared away, to allow for this important moment of the day to happen. Our Event Manager will also discreetly guide you and your guests through the whole day, briefing you towards the memorable moments of cake cutting, first dance etc.

Our team will remain on site to look after the service (and clearance) of all your evening drinks as well as evening food, depending what you choose.

Assuming a Midnight finish, we will operate an initial clearance of rubbish and of course lock up the premises when all your guests have departed.

The day after

We will then return the day after the wedding (or by arrangement with you) and undertake a final clearance of all our equipment. We will ensure the venue is left as we found it.
