Hosting a charity ball for 250 people required professionals. We met with various suppliers, but Super Event stood out.
They were immediately flexible, had a fantastic “anything is possible” attitude and ultimately enabled us to use one supplier for marquee, catering and service. Clearly from an organiser’s point of view this was a dream!
From beginning to end, everyone we worked with was professional – an extension of our team. Despite some fairly challenging weather conditions, the marquee was up, beautiful and watertight in good time and somehow the fantastic event carpet stayed clean until the guests arrived.
We were very impressed with the ratio of staff to guests, the quality (and portion size!) of the food, and the help the team provided on the night. Canapés were handed round fairly, drinks were flowing and guests moved happily into a delicious dinner. The evening was a huge success – we raised over £40,000 for our charity. There is no doubt that the experience of the Super Event team was critical to our success.
